Privacy protects the people behind the Dutch gaming community.
Data we process
We process account data, organization requests, contact requests, partner requests, and Game Radar submissions. In addition, the privacy choice anonymously counts whether a visitor is 18+ or under 18. We do not ask for a birth date and do not link this choice to an account profile. Public pages only show published content, public profiles, and approved organizations.
Purposes
We use data to secure accounts, review requests, aggregate community signals, follow up on contact, and monitor platform operations.
Beta, email, and notifications
During beta, some transactional emails, such as verification, password reset, or event confirmations, may be logged without actual delivery when the email provider is not active yet. The underlying request, registration, or event signup is still stored in the platform. Before public launch, email delivery will be retested with the correct domain settings.
Organization profiles and claims
Organization profiles may be visible based on public sources, direct submissions, or admin input. A listing does not automatically mean the profile has been claimed by the organization. Ownership only becomes active when an admin links an organization to an account.
Retention
We keep data only as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected. Requests and submissions are reviewed periodically and may be anonymized or deleted under the data retention policy.

You can request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing. Contact us through the contact page with a clear description of your request.
