Platform use
Use EsportsNederland.com only for legitimate esports, community, organization, and contact purposes. Abuse, spam, unauthorized access, and unlawful content are not allowed.
Accounts and roles
You are responsible for your account credentials. Admin and editor roles are limited to authorized users and may be revoked in case of misuse or operational need.
Content and moderation
Submitted organizations, profiles, and content may be reviewed, rejected, adjusted, or archived if they do not fit the platform purpose or safety standards.
Events and tickets during beta
Event registrations are free during beta and are intended as functional signups. Paid tickets, refunds, check-in, no-show rules, and payment provider integrations only become active after those processes are explicitly configured and tested.
Claiming organizations
A public organization listing may be created or imported by admins. Management rights only start after Esports Nederland manually links the organization to an account. Until then, the listing may be edited, hidden, or enriched by admins.
Availability
We aim to provide a reliable platform, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, incidents, and external services may affect operation.
