What does this role mean?

Volunteers power communities. You can start small in Discord or events and grow into working groups, leads, or board roles.

The seven steps

Apply

Choose which game, region, or task fits you so communities can place you well.

Discord

You observe conversations, rules, FAQs, and group tone.

Moderation

Moderation requires clarity, calm, and consistency. You help make participation safe.

Crew

At events you support check-in, brackets, socials, stream, tech, or hospitality.

Working group

In a working group you help build calendar, rules, content, and community growth per game.

Lead

A lead protects planning, tasks, and communication between volunteers, players, and board.

Board

With experience you can grow into governance roles focused on policy, partners, and continuity.
